Roads mostly passable in Armenia
Roadways are mostly open for traffic in the territory of Armenia as of 10 a.m. February 24, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
No precipitation is expected in the country on 24-25 February, while scattered showers are forecast for 26 and 27 February.
According to the source, Sotk-Karvachar highway is difficult to pass. Fog has descended over Goris-Sisian highway.
The ministry urges all drivers to use exclusively winter tires when driving in the regions.
According to the information provided by the Department of Emergency Situations of Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and the general department of the Republic of North Ossetia of Russia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations, Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
