Margarita Simonyan hires Mkhitaryan's former coach
The editor-in-chief of the English-language television news network RT (Russia Today) Margarita Simonyan has announced that Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho will work as a pundit for the broadcaster during this summer's World Cup.
Mourinho who coached the Armenian national team captain Henrikh Mkhitaryan for a season and half at Manchester United, will be in Moscow during the tournament and spend part of his time in the Russia Today studios offering insight and analysis, The Daily Mail reported.
The broadcaster has produced a promotional video showing Mourinho delivering a 'team talk' to a group of camera operators and production staff.
'We continue to put together the RT dream team. Now we have a coach,' said Russia Today's editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan.
Mourinho said: "I am very happy to join the team at RT. I am looking forward to attending the World Cup in Russia this summer and sharing my insights into the games."
