Black ice formed on Sotk - Karvachar roadway
All roadways in the territory of Armenia are passable as of March 19, 09:00 a.m., Armenia's ministry of emergency situation (MES) reported on Monday. Black ice is observed on Sotk - Karvachar roadway, the source said. The drivers are recommended to use winter tires.
According to the information received from the Agency of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and from the general department of Northern Ossetia of Russian MES, Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
