Armenian parliament speaker offers condolences to Russia over deadly mall fire
Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Ara Babloyan on Monday extended condolences to Chairman of the Russian State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin and Chairwoman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko over the deadly shopping mall fire in the Russian city of Kemerovo, the parliament's press service reported.
“We learnt with deep sorrow about the numerous human losses caused by the fire that broke out in the shopping mall in Kemerovo.
Please, accept my sincere condolences on this tragedy. We mourn together with the families and relatives of the victims and wish the injured speedy recovery,” reads the condolence letter.
