Tree planting in the National Assembly park
A tree planting event took place today in the National Assembly Park. As the parliament press department reports, NA deputies, the representatives of the Staff took part in the clean-up action, followed by the tree planting.
To note, March 31 is announced as a day of the citywide tree planting and clean-up action in Yerevan. The participants planted 60 trees, including decorative shrubs. Deputy Chief of the NA Staff Gagik Mkheyan expressed hope that the tree planting and clean-up actions will turn into a new tradition and culture in the capital city.
