Armenia's ministry of emergency situations reports that as of April 3, 00:00 the roadways in the territory of Armenia are mainly passable.
According to the source, no precipitation is expected at night of April 3. Rain and thunderstorm are predicted in the territory of the republic in the daytime of April 3 and at night of April 4.
According to the information received from the Roads department of Emergency Situations of Georgian ministry of internal affairs and from the general department of Northern Ossetian the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
