Armenia’s service prices up 0.3% in March
The prices for services increased by 0.3% in Armenia in March 2018 compared to February of the same year, according to the latest figures released by Armenia’s National Statistical Service.
The costs of medical services rose by 2.5% in the indicated period, with a 0.4% price rise recorded in hotel services and an increase of 1.7% – in tariffs of transport services.
Meantime, the prices for leisure and culture and household services dropped by 0.4% and 0.2% respectively in the indicated period. Communication and education costs remained unchanged in March from the previous month.
A 0.1-0.6% rise in the costs of services was registered in 4 cities involved in the monitoring this March as compared with February. The service prices dropped by 0.1% in one city, remaining unchanged in 6 towns in March.
Capital Yerevan saw an increase of 0.4% in the service prices in March 2018.
