Armenia’s acting PM, Russian president hold phone conversation
Armenian Acting Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan on Thursday held a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss the domestic political situation in Armenia.
The officials stressed that the crisis in Armenia should be solved exceptionally within the legal framework in line with the Constitution and on the basis of the outcomes of the 2017 legitimate parliamentary elections, the prime minister's official website reported.
In this context the two officials attached importance to the elections of prime minister scheduled for May 1.
