Tsarukyan alliance ready to nominate “People’s Candidate” for PM
The second largest fraction at Armenia’s parliament Tsarukyan alliance has announced a decision to support the “People’s Candidate” for the post of Armenian Prime Minister.
The decision was announced at a joint briefing held moments ago in front of Marriot Armenia Hotel following the talks between the head of Tsarukyan Alliance Gagik Tsarukyan and Nikol Pashinyan.
To note, earlier the Armenian parliament failed to elect Nikol Pashinyan as the country’s Prime Minister and the parliament is set to hold another round of elections on May 8.
To remind, Yelk fraction that earlier nominated Pashinyan for the post of the country’s Prime Minister need signatures from other fractions for nominating Pashinyan for the second time.
