President Sarkissian signs decree relieving chiefs of Police and NSS from duties
Armenian president Armen Sarkissian signed a decree on Thursday relieving the Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan and the Director of the National Security Service (NSS) Georgy Kutoyan from their duties, the presidential press service told Panorama.am.
The move comes after Armenia’s PM Nikol Pashinyan submitted earlier today the respective proposal to the president.
To remind, Pashinyan who assumed the post of the country’s Prime Minister on May 8 is expected to present the members of the new cabinet within a period of 10-15 days.
