Airlines to operate charter flights to connect Armenia to tourist hotspots this summer
Several air companies are set to operate charter flights from Yerevan, Armenia’s capital, to a number of tourist hotspots worldwide this summer, Armenia’s General Department of Civil Aviation (GDCA) told Panorama.am.
The GDCA-licenced airlines will offer routes linking Yerevan with major tourist destinations in France, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Spain, Egypt, etc.
The carriers will, in particular, conduct charter flights to Nice (France), Larnaca (Cyprus), Tivat (Montenegro), Araxos, Kos, Heraklion, Rhodes and Thessaloniki (Greece), Varna and Burgas (Bulgaria), Rimini, Venice (Italy), Barcelona (Spain) and Hurghada (Egypt).
The civil aviation department also proposes people to follow the schedule of regular flights to and from Armenia to organize their summer vacation.
