European Parliament Committee endorses CEPA
The Committee on Foreign Affairs of the European Parliament endorsed today the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) and accompanying resolution between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, and the Republic of Armenia.
The full House will have a final vote on the agreement in Strasbourg in July 2018. The Committee sitting was attended by Armenian Ambassador to the European Union Tatul Margaryan.
In his remarks the Ambassador noted that the Agreement will open up the possibility for deeper cooperation between EU and Armenia in different sectors.
To remind, the agreement was unanimously endorsed by the Armenian parliament on April 11.
