Defense minister visited the wounded soldier
Armenia’s Minister of Defense visited on Friday the Central Clinical Military hospital in Yerevan and chatted with Shamhal Petrosyan, who was wounded on May 13 in Azerbaijani ceasefire violation.
As the press department at the ministry of defense reports, the minister inquired the soldier regarding his health condition, expressed his support and wished him a speedy recovery.
Minister Tonoyan awarded Petrosyan with Vazgen Sargsyan Medal for courage and valor shown during the combat guard.
Tonoyan awarded also co-servicemen of Petrosyan for providing proper medical aid to the injured soldier that secured his life.
