On August 1-2, cold air masses will penetrate into Armenia’s northern regions and cover the whole territory of the republic on August 3-4, the Hydrometeorological Service at ministry of emergency situations reported, adding the air temperature will drop by 7-8 degrees. 

According to the source, on August 1-2 in north regions, on 3-4 in most regions at night and in the evening hours rain and thunderstorm is expected. In separate spots hail is possible. In separate places wind speed may reach up to 15-20m/s. Southwest wind speed is 5-10 m/s.

In capital Yerevan on July 31, in the evening hours on august 1-2 in separate spots of the city rain and thunderstorm is possible, at night and after the daytime rain and thunderstorm is predicted. Air temperature for tomorrow is predicted +42 degree in the capital.
