PM: No better place in the world than Armenia
Emigration in Armenia has stopped since May 2018, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Friday at a meeting with the residents of Berd town in Tavush region.
He pointed out the fact that people coming to Armenia outnumber those who leave the country starting from May.
“Let’s not only keep this pace, but also double and triple it. We have no place to go from our homeland. We should return to Armenia those who have left,” Pashinyan said, stressing “despair should no longer have a place in the country.”
According to the PM, “there is no better place in the world than Armenia, where people are free, proud, dignified and happy.”
