La Francophonie head to pay official visit to Armenia
Michaëlle Jean, Secretary General of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), will pay an official visit to Armenia from 10 to 14 September, the Foreign Ministry told Panorama.am.
She is expected to hold a meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on 11 September, to be followed by a joint news conference.
The secretary general will also visit the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan.
The Armenian capital of Yerevan is hosting the XVII Summit of La Francophonie in October.
