Defense minister says new mechanisms should be worked out to make the frontline saferս
Armenian Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan has pointed to the need to work out new mechanisms aimed at making the frontline safer and neutralize possible challenges. The minister’s proposal was made at a scientific conference concluded at the defense ministry that was attended by cabinet high-ranking officials of the cabinet, representatives of the ministry and the RA Armed Forces, analysts and experts from various scientific, research centers, education institutions.
As the defense ministry reported in a press statement, Minister Tonoyan highlighted the need to make proposals about the Armed Forces development and reforms. Concluding the conference, the scientists and militaries noted that similar discussions should be continuous to raise issues, make suggestions for solutions and come up with substantiated initiatives for reforms.
