OSCE to hold next monitoring of Artsakh contact line on Sept. 12
In accordance with the arrangement reached with the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), the OSCE Mission will on Wednesday, 12 September, conduct a planned monitoring of the ceasefire regime on the border of Artsakh and Azerbaijan, to the east from the settlement of Akna.
From the positions of the Artsakh Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office (CiO) Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and his Field Assistant Mihail Olaru (Moldova), the country’s Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The Artsakh authorities have expressed their readiness to assist in conducting the monitoring and to ensure the security of the OSCE Mission members.
