Yerevan to provide effective working atmosphere during the CSTO PA plenary sessions - Ara Saghatelyan
CSTO PA Plenary Session will be held in Yerevan for the first time, and our country is seriously getting ready for such important event, making all possible efforts for providing effective working atmosphere, Armenian National Assembly Chief of Staff-Secretary General Ara Saghatelyan stated today at a meeting with CSTO PA Responsible Secretary Pyotr Ryabukhin.
To note, CSTO PA Council and the CSTO PA plenary sessions are set on October 29-30 in Yerevan.
As the press service at the Parliament reported, the Chief of Staff-Secretary General expressed conviction that the sessions would be held at high level, and the discussions would be effective.
During the meeting the sides touched upon the parliamentary cooperation within the framework of the CSTO. According to Ara Saghatelyan, the Assembly contributes to the legislative provision of the regional security. In this context the Chief of the Staff of the parliament has underlined that the Armenian delegation actively and consistently works in the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly, permanently does serious expertise work and presents assessments on all documents submitted by the Assembly.
Pyotr Ryabukhin in his return expressed conviction that the sessions would be held in Yerevan at high level and all organizational peculiarities would be taken into consideration.
