Prime Minister participated at the City Council elections
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today in the morning participated at the Yerevan City Council elections in the 8/16 polling station in Yerevan.
At the polling station, to the questions of journalists what the difference of these elections is to compare with the previous one, the PM said: “The main difference is that the citizen is confident he is the one who makes choice and his vote will not be stolen.”
To another question about the overall impression of the election campaign, the PM said: “The campaign was real as all political forces realized they should compete for every vote, including the powers. In every democratic country the tensions are high during the election campaign which is natural.”
After the vote, Pashinyan took to Facebook live calling on all Yerevan residents to actively participate in the elections.
