Aznavour’s demise is a loss of the entire human kind – Armenia’s PM
“It is hard to believe that the one who has created a history, an era and served his people and other peoples, the one who has been admired for his creative activity for more than 80 years, warmed millions of hearts is no more with us,” Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on a Facebook live, following the news about the demise of legendary French-Armenian singer, songwriter Charles Aznavour.
“This is a painful and sad day for the history of our people and the state. One behalf of the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian people, I extend my condolences to all of us, express sincere condolences to the Armenian and French peoples, all the fans and lovers of Aznavour art,” the PM said.
In Pashinyan’s words, Charles Aznavour demise is a loss of the entire human kind.
