Armenia to declare national mourning on Aznavour's funeral day
The residents of Armenian capital continue laying flowers at the Aznavour Square in Yerevan, seeking to express their condolences and to honor the memory of the great French- Armenian chansonnier Charles Aznavour.
Moments ago, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan accompanied by FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and French Ambassador to Armenia Jonathan Lacôte arrived at the square.
In a briefing with reporters, Pashinyan informed Armenia will declare Aznavour funeral day
as a national day of mourning.
To remind, Charles Aznavour died in his home in southern France last night.
