NSS: 0.3% price rise recorded in Armenia's consumer market in September
Consumer prices in Armenia rose 0.3% in September, compared with August 2017, the country's National Statistical Service (NSS) reported, adding the rise is mainly conditioned with the 1.2% price hike of food and non-alcoholic beverages
According to the newly release data, for the indicated period food price (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and tobacco) and for non-food products rose by respective 1.1% and 0.4% and while price for services decreased by 0.6%.
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) stood at 99.2% in September this year, against the data of December - 97.0% - for non-food products and 100.7% - for services, the NSS reported.
