Artsakh leader orders national flag at half-mast on Aznavour’s funeral day
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on Friday decreed a national day of mourning on October 6, the funeral day of great French-Armenian singer Charles Aznavour, who died on Monday at 94, Sahakyan’s office said.
According to the decree, the Artsakh government, ministries, state agencies, heads of regional administrations and Stepanakert mayor have been tasked to dip the national flag at half-mast on the day of mourning in Artsakh and the country’s permanent representations abroad.
