Armenian PM signs memorandum with PAP president on holding snap parliamentary elections in December
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed memorandum with the leader of Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Gagik Tsarukyan on conducting snap parliamentary elections in December, Pashinyan announced the news on Facebook.
“I signed memorandum with PAP President Gagik Tsarukyan about holding snap elections in December 2018. The text will be published soon,” reads the Facebook post of the Prime Minister.
As reported earlier, the PM held meeting with Tsarukyan to discuss political developments in Armenia and issues related to snap parliamentary elections.
To note, PAP which is represented by Tsarukyan alliance fraction in the National Assembly, is the second largest political fraction of the Armenian parliament, holding 31 seats.
