CSTO PA session moved from Yerevan to Moscow amid parliament’s possible dissolution
The session of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly will be held in Moscow instead of Yerevan amid the possible resignation of the Armenian PM and dissolution of the parliament, Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee for CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, Leonid Kalashnikov told reports on Monday.
“We have decided to move the session from Yerevan to Moscow, with Vyacheslav Volodin announcing about it at the State Duma Council session, since the Armenian parliament will most probably be dissolved at that time,” Interfax quoted him as saying.
“If this is the case, a question arises here: Who to conduct the CSTO PA session with? With acting officials?” he added.
The session is scheduled for late October.
