‘Outgoing message’: Pashinyan comments on US envoy’s statement on Artsakh
The recent statement of departing US Ambassador to Armenia Richard Mills on Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) conflict settlement can be considered an ‘outgoing message’, acting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told reporters on Wednesday.
He stressed Armenia has clearly voiced its position on the conflict settlement, and it has undergone no changes.
Earlier in an interview with EVN Report Richard Mills said that “any settlement of the Karabakh conflict is going to require the return of some portion of the occupied territories.”
