Armenian president visits German embassy on national holiday
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, accompanied by his spouse Nune Sarkissian, visited on Friday the Embassy of Germany in Yerevan on the country’s national holiday.
He congratulated Ambassador Matthias Kiesler, the embassy staff and all people of Germany on the German Unity Day marked on October 3, Sarkissian’s office told Panorama.am.
The president, his wife and the ambassador also attended an exhibition of the works of famous German photographer Herbert Mayer launched on the occasion of the holiday in Armenia’s National Gallery.
