Artsakh soldier wounded in Azerbaijani fire
A solder of the Artsakh Defense Army has suffered a gunshot wound as a result of Azerbaijani fire at the protection area of a military unit in the southeastern direction.
The soldier identified as Hayk Grigor Sargsyan (born in 1999) was wounded on Sunday, October 23, at around 12:10 pm local time, the defense ministry said in an official statement.
The wounded soldier was transferred to hospital with health condition assessed as satisfactory.
A probe is underway to uncover the details of the incident, the source added.
