Armenia examining possible effects of Iran sanctions – foreign ministry
Armenia is looking into the possible consequences of the sanctions imposed on Iran, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan said on Tuesday.
“We keep a close watch on the ongoing developments in this regard and are in constant contact with all parties involved in this process. We are clearly presenting our issues and concerns. The traditionally friendly relations with Iran are of vital importance for Armenia.
A comprehensive expert study is underway on the consequences of the Iran sanctions on Armenia,” she said in a statement released by the ministry.
