
Military truck crash leaves 4 dead, several wounded in Armenia
A military truck has crashed today on an Armenian highway leaving four soldiers dead and several others injured, Defense Ministry spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan said on Facebook.
The soldiers fatally wounded in the tragic crash are identified as Hayrapet V. Nairyan, Hrant A. Gasparyan, Edgar A. Hunanyan and David B. Melkonyan, all 20, he wrote.
Earlier Hovhannisyan confirmed the news to Panorama.am. “The car was transporting privates. I can’t provide any other information at the moment,” he said.
