Armenia to provide funds to families of fallen, disabled soldiers for house purchase
The Armenian government approved a decision on Thursday to provide 249 million 624 thousand drams to the families of fallen soldiers and veterans with 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree disabilities to purchase an apartment.
The draft decision adopted at the Cabinet meeting would provide uncompensated financial assistance to the families for the purchase of apartments aimed at improving their housing conditions.
As a result, 62 out of the 1,492 needy families (4.2 percent) will receive gratuitous state financial assistance and apartments.
