Thanks to Panorama.am's announcement Yerevan-Byurakan-Yerevan route problem resolved
Panorama.am alarmed several days ago that residents of Byurakan village of Aragatsotn region are in danger of losing their jobs because of the traffic. The staff of the Human Rights Defender also responded to the publication. We also informed the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies about the issue.
The issue was related to the timetable disruptions of Bus 519, route Yerevan-Byurakan-Yerevan, in particular, the carrier refused to make passenger transportation during the evening hours.
Today the Ministry informed that due to the discussion and negotiations with the responsible officials of the route, a change was made in the timetable of Yerevan-Byurakan-Yerevan bus, according to which the last bus from Byurakan to Yerevan was set to depart at 19h55.
"We urge the passengers making use of inter-state and inter-regional routes to inform the RA Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies in case of timetable disruptions, and call on the carriers of inter-state and inter-regional routes to follow the defined timetables," said the ministry.
