Entry of trucks to Georgia halted in the Russian section of Lars checkpoint
Gudauri-Koby road leading to Upper Lars is closed for trailer and semi-trailer trucks due to ice-cover, the RA Embassy in Georgia reports.
In the Russian section of the Stepantsminda-Lars checkpoint, the entry of trucks to Georgia has been temporarily stopped.
"Both the checkpoint and Gudauri-Koby road are open for passenger cars. We advise you to travel only with winter tires," said the embassy.
