Vigen Sargsyan: Democracy cannot be unipolar
Former Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan, who heads the RPA proportional list, is convinced that the elections can not and should not be telling the story of the past.
"They should be aimed at the future and should outline the right distribution of political forces in the creation of that future," wrote Vigen Sargsyan.
He pointed out that when the forces making an "opposition" focus on criticizing the former government, there is a great danger for the future parliament to turn into a club of one’s own team.
"Democracy cannot be unipolar," he underscored.
