Newly established IT companies to be granted tax privileges
The government's legislative initiative on the package of draft laws "On Making Amendments and Amendments to the RA Law on State Support of Information Technologies" and "On Making Amendments to the Tax Code" was approved.
The development of the draft law is conditioned by the need to provide tax privileges to newly established businesses in the field of information technologies, as well as to demonstrate a unified approach towards providing tax benefits to foreign subsidiaries established by the RA legislation and to manage the risks of tax evasion by organizations.
The laws have been worked out taking into account the growth rates of start-up organizations registered in recent years, the increase in vacancies and revenues
