Pashinyan signed all necessary documents for granting citizenship to Sefilyan
Acting RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed all the documents required for granting citizenship to Zhirayr Sefilyan.
"Yesterday I signed all the necessary documents for granting citizenship to Zhirayr Sefilyan.
Decisions will come into force de jure after the president's decree has been signed.
PS According to the RA legislation, there is no opportunity to grant citizenship on a past date. Therefore, citizenship will come into force starting from this year,” Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page
