Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra and Sergey Khachatryan to perform in Berlin
On November 28, the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra will perform at the famous Konzerthaus Berlin with the participation of the world-renowned Armenian violinist Sergey Khachatryan. The concert will be conducted by the Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra Eduard Topchyan.
The orchestra informed that the concert is dedicated to the 115th anniversary of the famous Armenian composer Aram Khachaturyan. The program will feature A. Khachaturyan's violin concerto, a suite from ballet Spartacus, and Symphony No. 5 by Shostakovich performed by Sergey Khachatryan. The concert is initiated and organised by by Hans Adler German Music Agency. The concert is sponsored by the Armenian Embassy in Germany, in the person of the Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Germany, A. Smbatyan.
The rehearsal of the concert will be held at Aram Khachatryan Concert Hall on November 26, at 15h00 CET. The concert is free-entry for all.
