Today, as of 13h10 local time, the roads in Armenia are mostly passable, according to the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Sotk-Karvachar highway is ice-covered. On Sisian-Goris-Kapan highway there is a mist. In the cities of Jermuk of Vayots Dzor region, and Hrazdan of Kotayk region it is snowing.
Drivers are strongly advised to travel only with winter tires.
According to the Georgian Interior Ministry's emergency situations service and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
