Orinats Yerkir Party leader does not want to start the campaign with criticism
Orinats Yerkir party launched its campaign today lighting a candle in the yard of St. Anna church in Yerevan.
"Today's candle lighting has a purpose in that we should always stick to our roots," party leader Artur Baghdasaryan told reporters.
"We are neither black nor white, we are Orinats Yerkir Party. There are plenty of colors in the world, let’s love the world, love colors, love the country. Our slogan will be to win the people's vote of confidence in the upright political conditions. We all have to understand that a revolution took place: 8 months have passed, but it is impossible to solve the problems of 30 years in 8 months, but it is possible to show how Armenia should develop. We do not see today a clear vision of that path, so we participate in the elections and represent the people," he said.
As to the campaign and the concerns voiced when Nikol Pashinyan started the campaign earlier, he said he did not want to start the campaign with criticism.
"Whatever it happened is gone, let everyone present their approaches and programs now," said Baghdasaryan.
