Pashinyan: The issue of the CSTO Secretary General small and irrelevant, there are more important issues
"We, in fact, have not deteriorated our relations with anyone, but we have recorded the bad and infavorable situation in which the Republic of Armenia was and which we inherited in this and not only this organization," "My Step " leader, acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated during the pre-election campaign in Sevan, referring to the situation created in the CSTO.
According to him, unlike the previous authorities, they are not going to remain silent regarding the vital issues of our security.
"We do not intend to put up with the realities happening around us. We consider it very important to clarify our responsibilities we have towards our allies in the CSTO and clarify the responsibilities our allies and the organization have towards us. We raise these issues to improve and develop the relations with our partners, if we do not address those issues, the situation will gradually deteriorate and will create more and more problems for us, " Nikol Pashinyan said.
"The issue of the CSTO Secretary General is a very small and irrelevant issue, the issues discussed in this context are more significant. We will consistently defend the interests of Armenia and Artsakh," the acting Prime Minister added.
