Snow, fog hit some roads in Armenia
Armenia’s Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies reports snowfalls on the roads of Artik, Ashotsk, Lori, Tumanyan, Stepanavan, Sevan, Tashir, Tavush, Sisan, Goris and Meghri districts, Dilijan turns and Vardenyats pass as of 3pm Friday.
It is foggy on Noyemberyan, Kapan highways and Sisian's "Zanger" road section, with a visible distance of 50 meters.
Clearing operations with chemical salt and sand are underway along the roads.
All the interstate and republican roads in the country are open for traffic, the ministry added.
