FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup: Armenia’s Mikayel Mikayelyan wins gold
During the FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup 2018 held in Ruka, Finland, Armenia’s Mikayel Mikayelyan, 19, won a gold medal in 15-km freestyle ski competition with a score of 70.94 points while competing against 80 athletes from 7 countries (total score: 7th place).
Tatevos Poghosyan (Ashotsk) finished 21st with 93.25 points and Arman Matinyan (Vanadzor) is 63rd with 164.12 points, the press secretary of the Armenian Ski Federation Gagik Sargsyan reported. The only Armenian female participant Katya Galstyan (Ashotsk) was 17th in the 10-km freestyle competition with 125.25 points.
