Judge Edik Avetisyan receives Robert Kocharyan's claim against Silva Hambardzumyan
Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction of First Instance chaired by Judge Edik Avetisyan, proceeded with the lawsuit filed by the second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, against the citizen Silva Hambardzumyan, Robert Kocharyan's law office reported.
The lawsuit was filed on November 13, by Robert Kocharyan's representative Aram Orbelyan demanding a compensation of two million AMD for denying the factual slander.
The suit came after Silva Hambardzumyan’s statement during a press conference at Hayatsk press club on 02.11.2018: "In 2008, I reached a major deal with Arabs and I paid for it both the President of the Republic, and Robert Kocharyan and ..."
