Ukraine’s Poroshenko makes drunk speech in public
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko was drunk when making a speech at the Kiev-Borispol high-speed train launching ceremony on Sunday, according to Gazeta.Ru. The video was published by the TVC channel.
In the video Poroshenko is without a hat and tells the public about the advantages of the train. The Ukrainian officials, including Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman were seen laughing during the President’s speech.
According to earlier reports in Ukraine, Poroshenko also turned out drunk at Euromaidan.
