Parliament fails to start the session on the third day amid lack of quorum
The Armenian National Assembly failed to start the regular session on the third consecutive day due to a lack of quorum. 8 MPs were registered to participate in the session. To ensure the quorum, 53 out of 105 MPs should be registered.
Speaker Ara Babloyan said: "We have an important event today. The Secretaries of Parliaments meet in the framework of the Eastern Partnership. "
Among other issues, the agenda of the four-day session includes the petition filed by the prosecutor general to strip the MP Aram Harutyunyan of immunity for further criminal proceedings.
