Levon Ter-Petrosyan casts his vote for peace
Armenia’s first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan participated at the parliamentary elections, casting his vote at the 9/18 precinct. Responding to the journalists’ question on what he voted for, Ter-Petrosyan said, “I have voted for peace.”
Ter-Petrosyan refused to answer questions about assessing the activity of the cabinet led by Nikol Pashinyan, his position on the revolution, detention of ex-president Robert Kocharyan, referring to unwillingness to campaign.
Asked whether the president has concerns about the Artsakh issue, Ter Petrosyan replied: “Is there anyone among the Armenian people who has no concern about it?”
