Moscow, Yerevan to sign document banning foreign troops In Armenia – Sergey Lavrov
Moscow and Yerevan are preparing to sign an agreement that would ensure absence of foreign military presence in Armenia in the near future, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Monday, according to the report by Sputnik agency.
"We are completing with Armenia the process of preparing a document which will guarantee absence of foreign military there… and whatever is done there will be done transparently in terms of guarantees to exclude any threats and risks," Lavrov told the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, as quoted by the source.
