Changes made in Artsakh should not affect our security – Tevan Poghosyan
The Nagorno Karabakh settlement process has entered a standard, rational course where each party acts considering their own interests, analyst Tevan Poghosyan stated at a press conference on Tuesday in Yerevan.
The expert didn’t share the circulated expectations about upcoming breakthrough in the settlement process.
“This is a hybrid war, and the enemy is working against us. We either have not any curtail in budget expenditure and constantly voice about boosting the military industry. As of today, no one is ready for a compromise, while the matter is not event discussed in Artsakh. Changes have already been made there [Artsakh Republic] that should in no way affect our security. We should accept that new approaches should be taken for our development. After all, if the same officials are serving in their same positions. no new experience and no new faces will ever come forth,” Poghosyan said.
