Mikayel Minasyan congratulates Armenia’s newly-appointed Ambassador to the Holy See
Armenia’s former Ambassador to the Holy See, Portugal and Malta Mikayel Minasyan congratulated the newly appointed Ambassador to the Holy See on his appointment.
To note, Armenian President Armen Sarkissian earlier signed a decree on appointing Karen Nazaryan Armenia’s Ambassador to the Holy See (residence in Vatican). Karen Nazaryan earlier served as Armenia's Permanent Representative in UN and later as deputy foreign minister.
“One of the most experienced diplomats of Armenia assumed today the post of Armenian Ambassador to Holy See. I am confident that due to Mr Nazaryan’s experience, dedication and efforts the relations between Armenian and Vatican City will further strengthen. The time and people are variable while the work done, the real results and the good traditions are to remain as a lasting value. I am confident the best traditions will be preserved, and we well witness numerous new achievements in the future,” the message posted on Mr Minasyan’s Facebook page read.
